Commercial Mortgages by London Borough

All 33 boroughs and 21 commercial districts, each with its own figures

London is not one commercial property market. It is 33 planning authorities, several hundred postcode districts, and lending conditions that change between one side of a borough boundary and the other. A warehouse in Barking and Dagenham and an office floor in Mayfair are priced by different lenders, on different tests, at different loan to values. So we cover them separately.

Every page below carries figures derived for that area alone. Borough pages aggregate HM Land Registry Price Paid Data by planning authority. District pages aggregate it by postcode outcode, so Canary Wharf reads E14 rather than repeating the Tower Hamlets average. Where we hold a borough planning register, the page shows the live commercial applications in it. Where we do not, it says so.

Central London

7 boroughs. 243 commercial planning applications live across the registers we hold here.

East London

10 boroughs. 134 commercial planning applications live across the registers we hold here.

59 area pages in total: 5 sub-region hubs, 33 borough pages and 21 commercial district pages. Smaller neighbourhoods are covered inside their borough page rather than given a thin page of their own. If your property sits somewhere we have not named, call us anyway. We lend across all of Greater London and the page list is a navigation aid, not a coverage limit.
